Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a property consultant to join our expanding team within the New Business Centre.

The new business centre is based within our Head Office in Chelmsford and they provide a pivotal support role to the various Beresfords branches across Essex. This role offers a great career development opportunity for individuals looking to forge a career in Estate Agency or someone experienced in the industry but looking to move into an office based role.

Duties (including but not limited to):

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with potential clients and customers who have contacted Beresfords.
  • Providing the support across the full spectrum of the Estate Agency industry including residential sales, Lettings, Financial Services & our Land and New Homes Department.
  • Lead generation through following up on web leads and enquiries.
  • Supporting the branch staff with appointment bookings.
  • Handling the overflow of inbound calls from branch.

Who are we looking for?

Essential Requirements:

  • Self motivated and target driven
  • Previous experience in a fast paced customer focused environment is essential
  • Personal integrity; hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded
  • Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Excellent communication skills.

Desirable

  • Experience in the Estate Agency industry would be beneficial but not essential
  • Ideally you will have sales experience from current or previous roles.

Salary & Benefits

£25,000 to £27,000 per annum OTE, depending on experience.

Hours of Work

5 days per week – Saturday work required with a day in lieu during the week
