Job summary

Gcb is seeking a Property Consultant in Dubai to join a fast-growing team with a 50–60% commission split on earnings. Candidates will build client networks, negotiate deals and guide buyers and investors through the sales process.

Relocation to Dubai is required for many roles. The position rewards a proactive, relationship-driven salesperson with a drive to excel in one of the world's most dynamic real estate markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' sales experience in any industry.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• A secondary language is advantageous but not essential.
• Valid driving licence.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident, competitive and target-driven attitude.

The Role
