Spicerhaart Corporate Sales in Blackpool is seeking a Property Consultant for a full-time, office-based role with structured training and progression opportunities. You’ll support corporate clients, manage property caseloads, and collaborate with solicitors, surveyors and agents to move properties forward.

Full training from day one, a 09:00–17:30, Monday–Friday schedule, and generous annual leave are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Clear, confident communication (written & verbal).
• Strong organisational skills to stay on top of tasks.
• Customer-first mindset with a focus on service.
• Quick learner, eager to pick up new skills.
• Sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
• GCSEs (A–C/4–9) in English & Maths, or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• No two days are the same; you’ll manage property caseloads and client interactions.
• Liaise with corporate clients, ensuring fairness and transparency in every interaction.
• Coordinate with external parties (solicitors, surveyors, agents) to move properties forward.
• Analyse third-party reports and propose evidence-backed solutions.
• Maintain real-time system updates, records, and audit trails.
