Job summary

Spicerhaart Corporate Sales in Blackpool is seeking a Property Consultant to join our asset management division. You will handle corporate client properties, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure accurate documentation.

Training and ongoing guidance are provided. The role offers a £26,227 base salary with a bonus scheme that brings earnings to £28k+ OTE per year, full-time hours (09:00-17:30, Mon–Fri), and 30 days of paid annual leave.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (A–C/4–9) in English & Maths or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Review property caseload and prioritise tasks to meet client service level agreements.
• Liaise with corporate clients, ensuring fair and transparent updates.
• Coordinate with solicitors, surveyors, and agents to move properties forward.
• Analyse third-party reports and propose evidenced solutions.
• Maintain prompt, clear communication via emails and calls.
• Update systems in real time; keep records accurate and auditable.

Here’s what a typical day might look like:

• Morning Kick-Off: You start by reviewing your property caseload and prioritising tasks in line with client service level agreements.
• Client Conversations: Throughout the day, you liaise with corporate clients, ensuring fairness and transparency in every interaction. Whether it’s a quick update or a detailed discussion, you’re the trusted point of contact.
• Collaboration: You coordinate with external parties — solicitors, surveyors, and agents — gathering the information and documentation needed to move properties forward.
• Problem-Solving: Challenges arise, but you’re ready. You analyse third-party reports, recommend solutions backed by evidence, and communicate them clearly and professionally.
• Fast-Paced Communication: Emails, calls, and updates flow in, and you respond promptly, ensuring clarity and accuracy every time.
• System Updates: You will ensure our systems are updated in real time, keeping colleagues and clients fully informed at every stage. Accuracy and attention to detail are key — you’ll make sure all records are current, documents are stored correctly, communications are logged promptly, and audit trails are maintained to the highest standard.

By the time you wrap up, you’ve helped progress multiple properties, strengthened client relationships, and contributed to the success of the team.

What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Property Consultant at Spicerhaart Corporate Sales in Blackpool:
