A prominent estate agency in London is seeking a Property Consultant to join their busy sales department. The ideal candidate will possess at least 12 months of experience as a sales negotiator, self-motivated and target-driven. • Work closely with in-house Mortgage & Protection Advisors for cross-selling.

Salary & Benefits

Duties (including but not limited to):

• Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships.
• Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process.
• Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also.
• At least 12 months experience as a sales negotiator essential
• Full UK Driving License
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Personal integrity; hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded
• Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
