Qualifications

• Attention to detail and knowledge of property related statutory compliance obligations.
• Experience in coordinating with third-party contractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Undertake site inspections to ensure statutory compliance of the Council's property estate.
• Identify and rectify non-compliance with third-party contractors and manage remedial actions.
• Review compliance certificates and action remedials as required.
• Maintain and update the compliance tracker to reflect ongoing works.
• Work with a specialist project team and travel to sites across the Borough.
