Job summary

G2 Legal Limited is assisting a well-established Legal 500 law firm in Maidenhead to recruit a Property Litigation & Commercial Litigation Solicitor. You will handle contentious property and commercial dispute work, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease issues, and other commercial litigation matters.

The role offers quality work in a supportive team, clear progression paths and potential for partnership as you develop expertise across property and commercial dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–4 years' PQE.
• Experience in property litigation, commercial litigation or landlord and tenant disputes.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and case management skills.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and career development.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of contentious property and commercial litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, lease disputes, and commercial disputes.
• Manage own matters with support from experienced colleagues.
• Develop expertise across property litigation and commercial dispute resolution.
