Property Clearance Labourer/Multi Skilled Operative

Location: Leyton, London

Salary/Rate: £14.87/hour

Candidates must live in Leyton or very close to Leyton.

This is a long-term, full-time position with one of the UK's largest Property Security, Maintenance, and Management companies.

Responsibilities include:

1. Driving the team van when required.
2. Installing and removing steel doors, screens, and Perma steel in residential and commercial buildings across the southeast region.
3. Cleaning and clearing vacant social housing properties, including interior and exterior gardens after tenants vacate.
4. Removing furniture, carpets, underlay, lino, curtains, blinds, and other items left behind.
5. Removing old/damaged outbuildings or sheds from gardens.
6. Trimming hedges and grassed garden areas.
7. Removing debris from gardens, yards, and driveways.
8. Delivering and retrieving security keys.
9. Performing additional tasks as directed by the supervisor or site manager.
10. Handling occasional removal of needles, bodily fluids, and contaminated objects.
11. Updating the call center during jobs as needed.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm. Hours may vary due to travel but will be paid accordingly.

The role becomes permanent after a 13-week probation period if performance is satisfactory. Training will be provided, and immediate starts are available.
