Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a leading commercial law firm, for a junior property lawyer in its Edinburgh or Glasgow office.

The role is within the Clean Energy Real Estate team, advising developers, investors, and funders on projects in offshore wind, onshore wind, solar, and battery storage. It involves both transactional and advisory work.

The team seeks candidates who are dual-qualified, ideally at the NQ-4 level PQE, but they are open to applicants qualified solely in Scots law. Relevant real estate experience and a strong interest in clean energy transactions are preferred. Prior experience in clean energy is not essential, as training will be provided.

This role offers the chance to work with experienced colleagues and advise leading players in the renewable energy industry.
