Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client, a leading commercial law firm, for a junior property lawyer in its Edinburgh or Glasgow office.

The role is within the Clean Energy Real Estate team, where you will advise developers, investors, and funders on projects within the sector. This is a varied position, involving guidance on the real estate aspects of developments in offshore wind, onshore wind, solar, and battery storage. The role combines both transactional and advisory work.

The team is interested in speaking with candidates who are dual-qualified, ideally at the NQ-4 level PQE, but they are also open to considering applicants solely qualified in Scots law. You should have relevant real estate experience and a strong interest in clean energy transactions. Although prior experience in clean energy is preferred, it is not essential, as training will be provided if necessary.

This is an opportunity to collaborate with experienced colleagues and provide advice to some of the leading players in the renewable energy industry.
