Job summary

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified with around 1–2 years’ post-qualification commercial property experience.
• Confident communicator with strong written and technical skills.
• Commercially aware with good understanding of the wider property market.
• Confident using Excel and analysing property information.
• Comfortable working with clients and contributing as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Undertake rental and capital valuations.
• Support commercial property transactions.
• Prepare expert witness reports.
• Apply understanding of the retail and wider property market to client advice.
• Build relationships with clients and other property professionals.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across Newsteer to bring together the right expertise for each instruction.
