Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Senior Surveyor / Associate Director for Retail Lease Advisory in Central London (West End). You will advise landlords and occupiers on lease renewals and rent reviews across prime retail locations.

The role offers a clear path to Director, APC support, and a collaborative team with hybrid working. Strong negotiation and client-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification, ideally 2016–2020
• 5–9 years in retail lease advisory, retail agency or retail asset management
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial judgement
• Central London retail experience preferred
• Landlord and occupier exposure a plus

Responsabilités

• Advise on lease renewals, re-gears and rent reviews
• Support clients with portfolio strategy and lease restructuring, including turnover rent deals
• Advise on CVA and restructuring plan situations, surrenders, assignments and sublettings
• Manage a varied caseload for institutional landlords and well-known retail occupiers
• Build client relationships and support business development
• Help mentor and train APC candidates

The opportunity

A leading international property consultancy is looking for a Retail Lease Advisory surveyor to join its UK Retail team in the West End. You will advise landlord and occupier clients on Central London retail and prime high streets across the UK's top towns and cities.

The role

• Advise on lease renewals, re-gears and rent reviews
• Support clients with portfolio strategy and lease restructuring, including turnover rent deals
• Advise on CVA and restructuring plan situations, surrenders, assignments and sublettings
• Manage a varied caseload for institutional landlords and well-known retail occupiers
• Build client relationships and support business development
• Help mentor and train APC candidates

About you

• MRICS, ideally qualified 2016 to 2020
