In your role as Property Asset Manager, you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset. This role provides a great opportunity to take day-to-day responsibility for the asset management of directly held industrial assets within the UK portfolio.
The industrial portfolio comprises 35 assets and tenants, primarily located across London and the South East. It is predominantly multi-let and asset management intensive.
- Work with external asset managers to drive initiatives that maximise returns and outperform MSCI Benchmark.
- Support implementation of complex asset strategies, including ESG and NZC goals.
- Oversee consultant appointments (legal, letting, rating, etc.) and manage refurbishments/construction with internal and external teams.
- Ensure H&S compliance and support standardisation of asset management and ESG processes.
- Contribute to annual investment strategy and asset business plans, assisting in acquisitions/disposals.
- Aid in quarterly valuations and data submission to MSCI.
- Provide property expertise across PMG mandates to support broader transaction and asset management goals.
