Working hours: This role is available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and underwriting new business accounts, ensuring profitable growth, and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and clients. Key responsibilities:

1. Review and analyse new business applications for property and casualty insurance coverage.
2. Assess risks and determine appropriate coverage and premium rates.
3. Conduct thorough research and gather necessary information to make informed underwriting decisions.
4. Collaborate with other underwriters and insurance professionals to ensure accurate and consistent underwriting practices.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
