Property Administrator - Northallerton
Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE) + Benefits
Full-Time OR Part-Time | Monday to Friday | 30-37.5 hours
Based in Northallerton | Office-Based Role



About the Role

As Property Administrator, you'll take responsibility for managing maintenance issues, coordinating compliance tasks, and supporting tenancy administration for a designated portfolio of properties. You'll be a key point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors-ensuring everything runs smoothly, compliantly, and professionally.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Acting as the first point of contact for maintenance and repair queries

  • Coordinating contractors and scheduling works

  • Raising work orders, obtaining quotes, and tracking progress

  • Managing property compliance tasks and routine checks

  • Drafting tenancy documents and maintaining property records

  • Handling utility contracts and internal recharges

  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, and suppliers

  • Processing invoices and ensuring reporting accuracy


What We're Looking For


  • Proven experience in residential lettings or property management

  • ARLA and/or IOSH qualifications preferred (or willingness to work toward them)

  • Strong understanding of property maintenance and repairs

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking skills

  • Process-driven and comfortable managing a busy workload

  • Confident using MS Office and property management systems

  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
