  • Conduct pre-move-in inspections, property inspections, and assist with move-out reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical records, including database and filing systems.
  • Provide sales support one day per week: organising and conducting viewings, delivering feedback, and liaising with the Sales team.
  • Learn and utilise industry-specific software (training provided) to manage lettings, maintenance, and sales records.
  • Work collaboratively with a multi-skilled team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Keep internal communication boards and systems updated to reflect accurate property statuses.
  • Answer calls and office enquiries with a high level of professionalism and customer care.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure accurate processing of contractor payments.

  • High level of written and verbal communication; confident handling calls and client-facing interactions.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
  • Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in Word and basic spreadsheet use.
  • Clean UK driving licence (essential for property visits).
  • Proactive, people-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team structure.
  • Previous experience in property, lettings, or customer service preferred but not essential—full training provided.
