Property Administrator - Northallerton
Up to £35,000 per annum (DOE) + Benefits
Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Based in Northallerton | Office-Based Role


Are you an experienced property professional with a passion for organisation and customer service? Our client, a well-established property company in Northallerton, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join their friendly and dynamic team.



About the Role:

In this key administrative role, you'll be the first point of contact for tenants reporting maintenance and repair issues. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Handling incoming calls and emails from tenants regarding property maintenance

  • Coordinating with contractors to arrange timely repairs

  • Following up to ensure all work is completed to a high standard

  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
