Job Title: Property Administrator

Location: Remote (UK-based)

Working Pattern: 6-Month Initial Term | Part-Time (22 Hours/Week)

Salary: Circa £21,000 / £19/hr part time

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic property management function through effective administration, compliance coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Youll serve as the central point of contact for property-related queries and maintain the accuracy of key operational records and systems.

Key Responsibilities Property Administrator

  • Compliance Scheduling & Oversight: Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely execution of legal compliance activities (e.g. legionella testing, fire assessments, PAT testing).
  • Mailbox & Stakeholder Management: Manage property queries, coordinate responses, and facilitate resolution for site-related issues.
  • System & Spend Administration: Maintain financial records related to property operations, including fees for contractors, consultants, and compliance services.
  • Master Schedule Maintenance: Oversee updates to lease arrangements, utilities, rent reviews, site acquisitions, and stock holdings.
  • Compliance Database Ownership: Control scheduling of legal obligations across property sites, ensuring continuity and accountability across business-as-usual operations.

Skills & Experience Property Administrator

Essential

  • Background in administration, ideally within facilities or property management
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
  • High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
  • Confident in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data interpretation

Desirable:

  • Experience with maintenance contracts or scheduling software
  • Exposure to commercial property operations
  • Familiarity with building surveyor practices
  • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning
