Job Title: Property Administrator (Retail Property Focus)

Are you proactive and detail-oriented, with a knack for managing lease transactions and property acquisitions?

Our client is seeking a Property Administrator to focus on transactions, maintaining their Horizon system, and ensuring smooth lease management processes.

Specializing in retail property, our client is one of the most exciting companies in the property industry, known for spotting investment opportunities quickly and having a highly motivated team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage lease uploads and resolve MRI issues
  2. Set up new properties and tenants
  3. Handle lease renewals, assignments, and rent reviews
  4. Liaise with solicitors, asset managers, and tenant administration teams
  5. Oversee acquisitions and disposals, including stakeholder contact and compliance
