Overview

Property Administrator – (Maternity Cover, Likely to Go Permanent)

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Are you an organised and proactive property professional looking for your next challenge? Our client is seeking a Property Administrator to join their busy and supportive team. You will be the main point of contact in the department, as the other team member works part-time.

This is a maternity cover role with a very strong likelihood of becoming permanent – an excellent opportunity for someone with at least one year of property experience who is ready to take ownership of a varied and rewarding position.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for tenants, contractors, and local authorities
  • Maintaining and updating internal and external systems (CFP and ADAM)
  • Monitoring compliance records, including EICR and Fire Risk Assessments, arranging inspections where necessary
  • Operating the office switchboard and providing a professional telephone service
  • Liaising with utility companies and arranging meter top-ups
  • Supporting the Void Team with diary management and Ready to Let notifications
  • Handling general office duties, including franking post and liaising with external stakeholders
What they’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year’s property experience – essential
  • A stable career history with proven commitment
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel) and ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Previous experience using a CRM system (ideally CFP)
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional telephone manner
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
