We're recruiting a Property Administrator to join a highly regarded Residential Conveyancing team based in Morningside.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, friendly, and fast-paced team supporting clients through every step of their property journey — from sales and purchases to remortgages and title transfers.

What You'll Do:

  1. Draft legal documents and client letters
  2. Submit property searches with Local Authorities and Registers of Scotland
  3. Prepare Land Registration and LBTT forms
  4. Assist with fee note preparation
  5. Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other professionals
  6. Support onboarding and compliance checks (AML procedures)

What You'll Need:

  1. Previous experience in property, conveyancing, or legal admin
  2. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  3. Great communication - written and verbal
  4. Confident working in a busy, client-facing environment
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
  6. A proactive, friendly, and professional attitude
