Role purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised QS Administrator to join our team at UWE. As the successful candidate you will play a crucial role in supporting the job completion and billing process, ensuring accuracy of information and collating required documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Administration support for QS
  • Run regular reports from company CAFM system
  • Compare client and company systems
  • Ensure all tasks are in correct status to bill client, with correct evidence
  • Input sales rates
  • Input stock/material costs
  • Input timesheets
  • Input quotes
  • Carry out billing investigations
  • Audit checks
  • Chase suppliers on PO/Invoicing Queries
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally familiarity with Epix & Verisae CAFM.(Training provided)
  • Good numerical skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A customer-focused attitude with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team success
