Job summary

NORTH, a Manchester-based property acquisitions business, is seeking a proactive, personable person to act as the first point of contact for inbound property owner leads. You will call quickly, gather information, and book follow-up calls with the founder, while supporting the wider team with visits, contracts and day-to-day tasks.

There is a clear growth path to a full Property Acquisitions Executive role as knowledge of the acquisitions process expands and performance increases.

Qualifications

• High-volume calling experience valued
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Hungry to learn and grow within the business

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound leads from property owners looking to sell, build rapport and gather information
• Book follow-up calls with the founder
• Support property site visits, collect signed contracts and assist operations
• Maintain CRM records and assist with day-to-day tasks
• Support the wider team as the business grows
