Venn Group has been approached by a charity to fill the following position:

Position Details

• Title: Property Acquisition Manager
• Location: Working from home with daily travel to properties
• Rate: £27.14 per hour (Umbrella rate)
• Duration: Initially 3 months
• Hours: 35 hours per week

Role Responsibilities

• Being responsible for acquiring properties across a designated area in Manchester.
• Viewing properties within a quick turnaround, as soon as they go to market.
• Acquiring properties as part of the charity's property portfolio.
