Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm

1 in 3 Weekends Sat or Sun 9am to 1pm or 10am to 2pm (weekends can be worked from home)

Salary from £24k + uncapped commission

My clients are a fast sales and cash buying property specialist, providing national coverage and have huge success selling the majority of our properties within one month.

As they celebrate their 12th birthday in business, they are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Sales Consultants to join on this exciting journey, as they grow bigger than they could ever have imagined.

As a Sales Consultant you will play a pivotal part in the continued success; therefore you will be given extensive training, support and coaching needed to help you succeed!

About the role

  • Learning all about the property industry and getting a good understanding of the market
  • Arranging valuations with both vendor and potential purchasers.
  • Dealing with enquiries and qualifying sellers
  • Advising potential purchasers and sellers on the current property market.
  • Identifying new clients for the business.
  • Negotiating property deals

  • Career focused with a strong work ethic and customer focus.
  • Organised self-starter.
  • Previous sales experience (no previous property experience needed)
  • Willingness to learn, increase your skillset and progress.
  • A dynamic communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for property.
