Savills is seeking an experienced qualified/part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA professional to assist with year end and interim accounts and service charge reporting for residential and mixed-use Build To Rent and Block Management portfolios.

You will join the Savills Client Accounts team, a busy function providing comprehensive bookkeeping and financial reporting services to a diverse client base, with a focus on accuracy, compliance and delivering high-quality client service.

Qualifications

• Qualified or part-qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA to support year end and interim accounts.
• Experience with service charge reporting for residential and mixed-use Build To Rent portfolios.
• Knowledge of Build To Rent and Block Management portfolios.
