BNF Capital is excited to announce that we are hiring for a Property Accountant. With a strong culture of professionalism, discretion, and high performance, we’re looking for someone who shares our values and can confidently manage the financial operations of our property portfolio.
As our Property Accountant, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end accounting for our property investment structures (SPVs), supporting the Financial Controller and wider finance team. You’ll play a hands-on role in everything from financial reporting and VAT returns to cash flow forecasting, tax compliance and year-end audit prep. You’ll also liaise regularly with external property managers and ensure our accounting records are accurate, timely and compliant.
This isn’t your average finance role - it’s a broad and impactful position in a lean, ambitious team, where your work directly supports major investment decisions and business strategy.
