An international real estate investment management firm with a multi-billion-dollar AUM across Europe is seeking a Property Accountant to join its UK property management team in Glasgow.

This position provides essential operational support across lease administration, service charge management, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Lease Management

• Maintain accurate lease records in internal systems.
• Ensure tenancy schedules include all key data (e.g. rent reviews, break clauses, ERVs).
• Must have a solid understanding of commercial lease structures.
• Assist with service charge budgeting, reconciliations, accruals, and recharges.
• Update systems with budgets and generate associated documentation.
• Manage utility recharges to tenants.
• Code and process supplier invoices in line with budget allocations.
• Prepare and issue rent and service charge reports and adjustments.
• Handle insurance and ad hoc recharge processing.
• Support onboarding and verification of new supplier details.
• Maintain accurate supplier data on internal systems.

Your Profile:

Experience in lease administration or real estate finance.

Strong understanding of commercial leases and service charge mechanics.

Familiar with accruals, budgeting, and financial processing.

Excel proficient with strong attention to detail.

Confident communicator, able to liaise with surveyors and tenants.
