About the role

As a proofreader you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and quality of marketing email communications within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This position involves reviewing email content for editorial accuracy, and adherence to industry regulations and internal standards.

What you’ll do

  • Primary responsibility is to proofread MLR (Medical, Legal, and Regulatory) approved content and make sure that output matches to the approved copy in German language
  • The main asset type will be emails – 1:1 email and mass marketing email
  • Providing suggestions on grammatical and spelling errors
  • Ability to capture feedback that can be shared with developers for implementing
  • Verifying the updated file post implementation of feedback and providing sign off
  • Adherence to the timelines that has been finalized at the start of the project
  • Categorizing errors into various categories, such as – Cosmetic, Grammatical, spelling etc.
  • Ability to validate/check the developed email on tools like Email on acid or Litmus, validation/checking limited to content verification only and not for functional testing

About you

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience with relevant email marketing experience
  • Preference candidates would have medical or pharmaceutical background, or other highly regulated sector experience, to provide valuable suggestions
