Job summary

Sanderson is seeking an experienced Prompt Engineer to support a major AI-enabled transformation programme. You will translate requirements into prompts, instructions and AI workflows, ensuring outputs are accurate and aligned to business needs.

Working with stakeholders and technical teams, you will design, test and refine prompts, manage LLN behaviour, guardrails and output quality, and help deliver reliable, scalable AI solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Claude and Claude Code.
• Background in prompt engineering, design and optimisation.
• Excellent requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of LLM behaviour, guardrails and output quality.

Prompt Engineer, Claude, LLM

£690 per day Outside IR35 Fully Remote Contract

We're looking for an experienced Prompt Engineer to support a major AI-enabled transformation programme.

Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you'll be responsible for translating requirements into high-quality prompts, instructions and AI workflows, ensuring AI outputs are accurate, consistent and aligned to business needs.
