The Team

Our Product & Tech Team is 50 and counting, spanning Product Design, Product Management, Software Engineering, Infrastructure and QA. Our backgrounds are varied and together we work hard to create a product which is loved by our 35k+ users and delivers on our ambitious mission to help boards and leadership teams be a powerful driver of performance and a force for good.

What will you be responsible for?

You will work with Product and Engineering teams to develop AI features across our products. You will be responsible for prompting, fine tuning and proving both the accuracy, impact and safety of our AI features. You will collaborate with others to identify AI product opportunities and to select the right technologies and architectural approaches to remain on the cutting-edge of AI, applied to governance.

• Scientifically design and implement prompting logic for AI features across our products, ensuring accuracy, impact, and safety.
• Lead rigorous experimentation (hypothesis, testing, iteration) to optimise AI feature performance and prove their value.
• Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of AI tools and features, including their impact on customer outcomes and commercial results (ARR).
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop AI features, focusing on practical application and process improvement.
• Conduct proofs of concept for new AI ideas, employing a structured and experimental approach.
• Automate AI experiments through basic scripting (e.g., Python) to increase team capacity.
• Stay informed on AI advancements relevant to our market, suggesting data-backed ideas for feature development.
• Translate high-level ideas into actionable projects and proactively solve challenges in their implementation.

Requirements

• Proven ability to apply scientific methods to AI prompting for repeatable, high-quality results.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess AI output and iterate effectively.
• Experience designing and implementing the logic behind AI-powered features.
• Comfort and willingness to use basic scripting (e.g., Python) for experiment automation.
• Technical aptitude to understand discussions with engineering teams.
• A proactive and curious mindset with a drive to learn and experiment with AI.
• Understanding of how to measure the impact of AI solutions on users and business outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
