Here at SpaMedica, our focus is on patient care, safety, and satisfaction. As the UK’s largest provider of NHS cataract surgery, we’re experts at what we do, and that’s evidenced in the five-star feedback we receive from our patients.

Joining us as a Service Promotions Executive, you will support our vision and values of safety, integrity, kindness, and transparency, which are embedded in our day-to-day care to ensure we deliver the best service possible.

All of SpaMedica’s hospitals inspected by the CQC have been rated as ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding,’ and we have recently been awarded Investors In People Platinum Accreditation.

About You:

As a Service Promotions Executive, you will be working outside the hospital environment visiting opticians, referral management centres, and some GP practices. Most visits will initially involve cold calling practices. This role also involves promoting our services, hospital locations, patient benefits, how patients can be referred to us, and new developments within the business.

Relying on self-motivation, you will manage your own diary, meetings, and route planning. Being flexible and able to drive is essential, and you may be required to visit new areas to promote our service as the business continues to grow.

Why Work With Us?

  • Join a team that lives our values of safety, integrity, kindness, and transparency.
  • Opportunities to grow, learn new skills, and advance your career.
  • Be part of a caring, community-focused team.

If you are able to put our patients at the heart of everything you do, then apply today as we want to hear from you!

Summary of Benefits:

  • 30 days holiday (including bank holidays)
  • Quarterly bonus – Based on KPIs achieved
  • Mobile phone, Tablet, and Laptop
  • Recommend a Friend Scheme (£350 reward for both)
  • Free quarterly snacks, flu vaccinations, and DBS
  • Access to exclusive discounts
  • Continuous training and development

Responsibilities of our Service Promotions Executive:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain external relationships with new and current referrers.
  • Route planning and travelling around the designated areas.
  • Updating our internal administration system.
  • Act as a 1st point of contact for new and existing referrers and handle queries and complaints as appropriate.
  • Promote and attend events, open evenings, and presentations. May also include attending conferences and exhibitions and assisting in coordinating events where required.
