What You’ll Be Up To
RETAIL PROMOTIONS EXECUTION
Contributing to the development of post-implementation reports and presentations for management
Coordinating with various departments to ensure all activation processes are followed
Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to optimise the merchandising principles
IN-STORE DISPLAY
Planning and executing promotions in stores and ensuring that they are merchandised in the correct locations
Conducting regular store visits and building relationships with retail field teams, keeping the customer at the heart of all decisions
Ownership of the related field team communications via the online platform to relay important rollout updates
Awareness of upcoming associated promotion launches and ensuring alignment with the lead product manager to execute within stores
Responsible for utilising each appropriate touchpoint within the estate, which may include retail management system (RMS), digital screens, printed collateral or any, prop mechanics.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SUPPORT
Providing support to the go to market (GTM) Manager by addressing operational issues and finding appropriate solutions
Working closely with mobile experience (MX) operations on a regular basis to ensure alignment between promotion calendar and deployment of digital execution

- You’re process driven, able to adhere to company and client policies, procedures, and compliance, with a strong eye for detail
- You’re experienced in working with external partners / suppliers / vendors in a corporate environment
- You’re proactive with the ability to plan and prioritise your own time efficiently and effectively under pressure, with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- You’re computer literate with strong IT skills (Excel & PowerPoint are essential)
- You’re confident in working with digital assets – in this role you’ll be reviewing and deploying pre made content
- You’re a strong communicator with good inter-personal skills able to work across multiple stakeholders
- You’re hands-on with a proactive approach
- You’re flexible and adaptable with ability to work in diverse cultural environments
- You’re enthusiastic and passionate about retail
