An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Promoting Safe Services (PSS) Team for a Clinical In-Reach and Training Manager.
As part of the Promoting Safe Services (PSS) management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the training team to ensure delivery of essential, high-quality training programmes designed to prevent and safely manage behaviours that challenge within clinical services.
There will be a focus on expanding the delivery of PSS training to external agencies, which will require the post holder to develop positive working relationships with external partners.

You will work clinically with MDT teams supporting patients exhibiting dysregulated, distressed, and harmful behaviours through a positive behaviour framework.
The role focuses on reducing restrictive practices while providing expert advice, leadership, and coaching on strategies to improve the lives of those supported.
The ideal candidate must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for business purposes (unless disabled as per the Equality Act 2010).
