A leading healthcare organization in Canterbury is seeking an experienced Clinical In-Reach and Training Manager to provide specialist clinical advice and monitor training programs. This role focuses on achieving positive outcomes for patients through collaboration with staff and promoting a culture of diversity. The ideal candidate will possess relevant clinical expertise and experience in evaluating training efficacy.
To provide specialist professional and clinical advice to multi-professional teams working with patients exhibiting complex behaviours/needs and/or dysregulation. The role focuses on working collaboratively with staff and patients to achieve positive outcomes. It also involves promoting a culture of inclusion, equality, and diversity, reflecting the best interests of both patients and staff. The manager will work with the PSS Service Manager to maintain national BILD ACT accreditation and ensure all training complies with legislation, national guidance, and policy. Additionally, the role includes monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating all training programs delivered by the PSS team across the organization.
