Job Role

We are seeking a Project Quality Manager to be the subject matter expert, assisting in planning all key quality activities across the project lifecycle. The role involves advising the Project Director and Senior Project Manager on quality assurance matters.

The role is responsible for:

1. Allocating document numbers, managing quality assurance resources, and monitoring quality inspection resources.
2. Managing customer interface regarding quality issues to ensure effective resolution.
3. Managing external interfaces related to quality, such as registration bodies and industry associations.
4. Reporting on activities related to the project's quality management.
5. Assisting work package managers in failure prevention, NRC closure, and other quality issues.
6. Overseeing supplier quality selection and ongoing surveillance activities.
7. Planning and managing daily team tasks, including auditing, inspections, continuous improvement activities, and CAPA during the project lifecycle.
8. Identifying training needs and enhancing employees' quality knowledge, including risk analysis, FMEA, review techniques, cause-effect analysis, 8-D methodology, and process awareness.

Requirements for this position:

• Experience in highly regulated industries such as Electricity, Utilities, Energy, or Construction.
• Significant experience in a senior operational quality role, such as a Quality Manager in a project office environment.
• Experience working across all project levels.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization, supporting large infrastructure project delivery.
