Job summary

Transport for London (TfL) delivers critical portfolios of projects across London’s transport network. The two-year graduate scheme combines four placements in Programme Management, Project Management, Construction and Sponsorship, to equip you with essential project delivery skills and knowledge.

You will work in a hybrid London role, with strong learning opportunities, mentoring and structured development across safety, sustainability and value for money.

Qualifications

• Any degree classification in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Two-year development programme with up to four placement rotations.
• Placement 1 – Programme Management Office (6 months).
• Placement 2 – Assistant Project Manager (6 months).
• Placement 3 – Construction (6 months).
• Placement 4 – Sponsorship (6 months).
• Rotations designed to build a broad range of project management skills.
