Job description

Projects Ordering Administrator

Our established manufacturing client based in Stafford Park Telford is looking for a full-time temporary to permanent project ordering administrator, to join their busy and pro-active team.

You will be assisting in the development of new business within the UK and overseas. The role involves purchasing, estimating, progressing, order processing and monitoring. Communication is a key function of this role, creation of contractually required documentation, purchasing raw materials at competitive prices, tracking orders and liaising with subcontractors and our internal manufacturing team to estimate manufacturing costs for quoting jobs.

In addition, you will be assisting in processing orders using Microsoft Excel, working dynamically with other team members to win new business, providing feedback and reports to Management, obtaining information and updates from suppliers and sub-contractors, arranging logistics with internal partners, and helping other departments from time to time.
