Role
As part of a nationally recognised Projects, Infrastructure & Construction team, you'll work on high-value, large-scale energy and infrastructure contracts across sectors including renewables (wind, solar, hydrogen), utilities, civil engineering and real estate development.

You will lead complex contracts and project matters with the support of partners, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.

Managing and mentoring junior team members will be an important part of your role, helping to support their growth and development within the firm. You will also build strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts to strengthen the team's presence.

Additionally, you will be involved in strategic planning and play an active role in the team's ongoing success. This team is fast-growing, nationally ranked, and widely respected and you will become part of an ambitious group that genuinely values teamwork and innovation.

Your Experience

• 7+ years of relevant PQE
• Has proven experience in energy and infrastructure, comfortable with non-contentious and project related work
• Is familiar with industry-standard forms and complex contract negotiations
• Thrives working independently but values teamwork and collaboration
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills, with a forward-thinking approach
• Is committed to supporting junior colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture
• Has a genuine interest in renewable energy and infrastructure projects
