We are currently looking to recruit a projects lawyer of at least 5 PQE+ to join our Construction and Projects Team.

The Candidate Required

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and projects work, including advising on higher-risk buildings and building safety. Experience in real estate development and finance transactional work is highly desirable, with flexibility to work across both construction and projects sectors.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience in a large commercial firm or in-house legal team;
  • Be a team player capable of building strong relationships in an agile environment;
  • Be technically proficient with good commercial judgment;
  • Have experience supervising junior lawyers;
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills for client-facing roles.

The role involves:

  • Developing ongoing relationships with existing clients and pitching for new work;
  • Collaborating within an international team;
  • Working closely with the Real Estate and Finance teams;
  • Engaging in high-profile national and international projects across infrastructure, energy, real estate, and financial services sectors.
