Northumberland National Park Authority is seeking an enthusiastic Communications and Marketing Officer (Projects) to tell the story of its work across externally funded initiatives. You will develop engaging content and build relationships with partners, funders and communities to share impact.

The role requires turning complex information into clear narratives for websites, newsletters and social media, coordinating plans and reporting on outcomes to demonstrate value and learning.

Qualificações

• Experience in a communications role.
• Content for websites, newsletters and social media.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable for audiences.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience monitoring and reporting on communications activity.
• Knowledge of WordPress and Microsoft Office; familiarity with digital channels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and deliver communications plans for projects.
• Create engaging content including case studies, newsletters, website content, social media, presentations and promotional materials.
• Research, write and distribute media releases and project updates across channels.
• Support consultation and engagement activities, including workshops and events.
• Gather stories, data, photography, video and stakeholder feedback to show impact.
• Help maintain records of communications activity and contribute to monitoring and reporting.
• Build positive relationships with partners, funders and stakeholders.
• Support internal communications to inform colleagues, members and volunteers.
