Job Title: Projects Co-ordinator
Location: Westbrook, Warrington (WA5 9RJ)
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Shifts: Monday- Friday 08:30- 17:00
Contract Type: Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Projects Co-ordinator to join our client's team, who are a dynamic company within the IT Solutions industry.
You will play a critical part in providing valuable support to our sales team and effectively responding to customer and prospect queries.
As a Projects Co-ordinator your duties will be: -
" Be the first point of contact for Customers when the Sales Team are not available.
" Keep track of timescales on projects & ensure that product is onsite on time.
" Develop a relationship with suppliers & obtain quotes as required.
" Work on quotes & bids with the sales team & ensure all responses are followed up.
" Working with the Finance team to ensure job costings stay on track.
" Ensure jobs are invoiced in a timely manner.
" Follow up with customers after the job to check the customer is satisfied.
" Co-Ordinate staff for end of site clean ups
" Performing data entry duties with regards to sales figures, metrics, and other key data.
" Updating customer records with new contact details and notes on support interactions.
" Continually seek to develop commercial awareness and the wider implications on actions and decisions internally & externally.
The successful Projects Co-ordinator will have the following skills: -
" Must be a highly organised individual.
" Excellent rapport building skills with customers and colleagues.
" Must have experience within sales and customer service preferably in an IT.
" Microsoft office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
" Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
