What's the role
As an Associate Business/Functional Analyst in the Supply Chain Area, you will be responsible for all functional delivery work, including requirement gathering, providing system solutions for requirements/issues, and delivering solutions on time and with the right quality, under the guidance of a senior analyst.
What you'll be doing
- Ensure timely delivery of project requirements by collaborating with Lead Analysts and Scrum Masters.
- Deliver change requests, data requests, incidents, and service requests based on business needs.
- Possess strong SAP functional knowledge and technical skills to support projects and enhancements independently.
- Work effectively as part of a diverse, multicultural team.
- Provide regular reports to project governance, the Competency Centre Lead, or SAP Design Manager.
- Coordinate with SAP Design Authorities, Process Experts, Product Owners, Service Management teams, and Project organizations to ensure collaboration and add value to Shell's business.
- Maintain a learner's mindset and team spirit to foster a positive team environment.
- Demonstrate good communication and presentation skills to work effectively with team members and broader stakeholders.
- Be proactive in learning new skills to stay aligned with market trends.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree with proven experience in S/4HANA procurement or SAP MM & Supply Chain areas.
- Hands-on experience as a Business/Functional Analyst in S/4HANA project implementations within Supply Chain & Logistics.
- Experience implementing SAP Field Logistics in S/4HANA.
- Good understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process end-to-end, with industry-specific insights.
- Experience configuring systems in S/4HANA sourcing and procurement modules.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions, with basic knowledge of SAP ABAP.
- Basic understanding of ABAP coding principles, tables, and debugging skills.
