Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates invites applications for Associates to join its UK-based teams. The role focuses on regulatory and commercial legal advice across major nationwide projects, with hybrid working and clear career progression.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, be a registered lawyer (SRA or Law Society of Scotland), and show interest in key sectors such as defence, energy, sustainable transport/infrastructure, or public procurement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ PQE with regulatory and commercial advisory experience.
• SRA or Law Society of Scotland registration is required.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop.
• Experience or interest in defence, energy, sustainable transport/infrastructure, or public procurement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory and commercial legal advice on large-scale, high-profile projects.
• Collaborate with market-leading experts across sectors to deliver client solutions.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management as needed.
