Overview

Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a Global organisation based in the St Albans area who are looking for a candidate to join one of their teams. This position would be suited to someone who has worked within an admin focused role, processing orders and working within a fast paced team. The suitable candidate will be a good team player who is also able to work independently. Good communication skills on all levels are a must have!

Job Details

Please note - This is a fully office based role working Monday - Friday

Salary - £35,000 plus bonus, and other great benefits including 25 days holiday which rise with length of service.

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining knowledge of company products and services
  • Managing and processing customer orders
  • Working with SAP
  • Placing purchase orders for the company and 3rd party suppliers
  • Keeping the customer informed of delivery dates or any changes to final invoicing
  • Working with internal teams with ordering and maintaining stock
  • Logging engineers time sheets where required
  • Arranging travel for systems team members
  • Providing administrative support to colleagues in the systems team
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Previous administration experience with at least 3 years experience
  • Experience of working within a fast paced team
  • Experience in order processing
  • Enthusiastic and personable candidate
  • Good communication skills on all levels
  • Previous experience with SAP would be beneficial
  • Ability to prioritise day to day tasks
