Projects Administrator

Location: Northamptonshire | Office-Based | Full-Time

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:00

A well-established, family-owned company based in stunning rural Northamptonshire is seeking a Projects Administrator to join their close-knit Building & Construction team.

With a legacy spanning over five decades, this company is renowned for producing premium-quality products for some of the UK's most impressive buildings and gardens. From their beautiful head office and show gardens, they combine tradition, craftsmanship, and exceptional service to maintain their position as leaders in their field.

About the Role:

This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same. As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, you'll play a key part in creating a positive experience from the outset. Your responsibilities will include:

* Handling incoming calls and emails with professionalism and warmth

* Logging and distributing enquiries to the appropriate teams

* Conducting follow-up calls on customer quotations

* Updating and maintaining customer data in the CRM system

* Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

* A natural communicator who enjoys speaking with a variety of people

* Confident phone manner and excellent written communication skills

* Friendly, approachable and thrives in a team-based, collaborative environment

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
