Projects Administrator - Part-Time - 27.5 Hours p/wk

We\'re looking for an experienced Administrator to join a dynamic, growing company in the construction sector. This is a part-time role (27.5 hours per week) designed to fit around school drop-off and pick-up times.

Proven experience in an administrative role within the construction sector is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Organising and maintaining project documentation (digital and paper)
  • Preparing and distributing site folders with the right compliance documentation
  • Supporting contracts and site managers with enquiries by phone and email
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline processes
  • Managing company contracts, purchases, and key documents
