Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Administrator to join our specialist construction company, supporting our UK Land Projects team from our Diss office. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of site operations, supporting project teams, and maintaining compliance across all documentation and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the projects team, ensuring site operations are well-organised.
  • Arrange and book plant, equipment, deliveries, and supplier logistics.
  • Prepare and issue weekly site documentation including Health & Safety information.
  • Coordinate site inductions and maintain site registers, labour tracking, and aftercare records.
  • Input and update project data using Fieldwire.
  • Collate and manage QA documentation, assisting with Operation & Maintenance Manuals for clients.
  • Support the QA Manager with maintaining document registers and company procedures.
  • Carry out general office administration including data entry, filing, scanning, and organising meetings.
  • Maintain supply chain and subcontractor records.
  • Provide ad hoc support to project managers, QA and senior management.
About You
  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a construction or engineering environment.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
