I enjoy spending quality time with my nightshift worker, relaxing and discussing how our day has been — this is my one-to-one time.
I like to relax with a cup of tea and music before being assisted to bed. I will let you know when I want to go to bed.
Staff will assist me with checks overnight to ensure I’m comfortable and okay, which I find reassuring.
In the morning, I like to be helped up, ready for the day, with my breakfast and a chat about my plans for the day.
