We are recruiting a dynamic Project Worker, who can support us to deliver our Young Carers service in Aberdeen.
The role is diverse and will involve not only supporting young carers 1:1, through group work and short break activities; you will also be responsible for completing young carers statements, delivering training to a wide range of professionals, securing funding to support young carers, and raising the profile of young carers both locally and nationally.
Our service is designed to support and improve young people's mental wellbeing, and support to run events that young people can access to develop skills and confidence and enable them to live a fulfilled life alongside caring.
Some sessions will run in evenings, weekends and school holidays.
